How much does a room cost?

Our prices differ depending on the building and room type. You can find exact prices on our website by selecting the property you would like to stay in under the Locations tab above.

 

Do I have to be a student to stay at Atira?

You must be a student able to provide a course enrolment offer or student ID card to confirm your booking with us. Our properties are available to students regardless of which university you are enrolled in as long as you provide proof of enrolment.

 

What’s included in my rent?

Your rent includes electricity, water and 100 GB of internet per month with an option to purchase additional data. You also get access to our complete range of facilities and common areas including gyms, games rooms, communal kitchens and so much more!

Do you offer short-term stays?

Yes! We offer flexible living solutions to accommodate your needs. Our short-term stays range from 1 night to 4 weeks. Visit our Short Stays page for more information on short-term prices.

 

Do you provide kitchen utensils and bed linen?

We offer bedroom, bathroom and kitchen packs for purchase that can be placed in your room ready for when you check-in. Kits can be purchased by contacting us at 1300 848 888, emailing hello@atira.com, or at any Atira reception. To view our full range and prices, click here.

 

What types of accommodation do you provide?

Atira offers a range of studio, multi-bedroom, and twin studio apartments. Each property includes a different ratio of room types. For more information, choose your preferred location here.

 

Can I book inspections to view the accommodation?

Of course! You can book viewings with our staff here or by calling us on 1300 848 888 or emailing hello@atira.com with the building you would like to view and the time and date you are going to stop by.

 

The dates I want to start my lease aren’t an option on the booking page of your website.

If the dates you want to start or finish your tenancy period aren’t listed on our website, you can select the dates closest to when you want to start and proceed. Please then email us at hello@atira.com with your name, the correct tenancy period dates, and we will amend for you. We will then send you a revised contract for you to sign and deliver to us.

 

Is there public transport close to Atira?

For your convenience, all of our properties are centrally located close to public transport, shops and amenities. Train stations and bus stops are usually less than a 5-minute walk away.

 

Are we allowed to drink alcohol in the building or smoke on the balconies?

All Atira properties are smoke-free. Responsible alcohol consumption is permitted so long as it abides by our house rules. Drunk and disorderly behaviour is not tolerated in any of our properties.
