Kathy Balodis
General Manager

Kathy has over 20 years’ experience in the accommodation sector, with a Master of Business Administration and Diploma of Education. Kathy is focussed on business strategy, driving revenue and customer service. Kathy has a proven ability to lead, engage and motivate teams to achieve a culture of customer service and attain organisational goals.

 

Anastasiia Kuleshova
Community Manager

Ana is a huge community building enthusiast, with various student engagement experience and event management. Originally Ana is from Ukraine and she is keen to build a multicultural and inviting community with the residents of Atira. Ana is excited to be working with the Atira team on building the engaging residential program in Brisbane and an excellent RA service at all  properties.

 

 

Dylan Clifford
Operations Manager

Dylan has worked in the student accommodation industry for 7 years in a variety of roles. He studied a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Psychology, majoring in Human Resources Management. His hobbies include playing and watching sports of all kinds, attending the gym and keeping fit, enjoying the outdoors and nature, and he is a self-confessed geek for all things related to comics. Dylan has a strong drive to improve operational efficiencies and to deliver a high quality service for all residents.

Hi, I’m Achilles! You can also call me Ash. I was born and raised in Dubai and moved to Australia to study Aerospace Engineering. I am a private pilot who has a very strong passion for aviation and loves talking about aircraft. A cat & dog person who is fascinated by the cosmos, likes swimming and going to the gym. I’m Chinese, so having some Chinese staff helped me a lot to adapt to this environment very quickly. All of the facilities here are great, but I really like how big the gym is.

The reason I decided to live here was because of the staff. They’re very familiar with my culture, they’re approachable and really make me feel like I can reach out to them at anytime.
