Why Adelaide

Adelaide has been ranked as one of the top 10 cities to be visited by Lonely Planet. Lonely Planet describes Adelaide as “effortlessly chic” and the city’s food culture plays a big part in helping Adelaide into the top 10 rankings.

It is often forgotten that Adelaide is a coastal city with a population of 1.3 million. This means that it has 70 km’s of beautiful beaches which are rarely crowded.

Adelaide is the driest of all Australian capital cities. That means more sunny days to enjoy all the outdoor activities the city has to offer. There are some of Australia’s best wineries right on your door step, 29 parks in the city or over 700 hectares of parkland and recreation spaces.

Did you know that Adelaide also has more live music bars and clubs per capita than any other Australian city? It also is one of the cheapest cities in Australia to live in.
