Atira were proud winners of the Excellence in Marketing and Communications Award at the 2019 Asia Pacific Student Accommodation Association (APSAA) Awards for their Experience Atira Student Living digital transformation campaign.

Our management team gathered in Melbourne for the awards which were part of the wider 2019 StarRez APSAA Conference held at the Crown Conference Centre from 13 -16 May 2019.

Shannon O’Connor was on hand in Melbourne to accept the award on behalf of the Marketing Team.

Certainly our focus on the student experience, retaining and recruiting students has worked to our advantage. The Campaign

Aimed at providing residents with a revitalised brand experience, the campaign leveraged 3 core elements of brand, digital platform and campaign strategy to successfully maximise portfolio occupancy and improve operational efficiency

A revitalised consumer brand was developed that took inspiration from the feeling of adventure and anticipation that comes with experiencing a new country, city and culture.

Central to the campaign’s success was the development of our new consumer website. Atira, StarRez and US-based web design agency, Gravitate, worked together to develop a new feature-rich web platform, incorporating an optimised booking journey.

The website provides a strong focus on cutting-edge user experience, highlighted through a seamless booking process with a class-leading StarRez property management system integration. It reduced the number of clicks for booking a room from 16 to 4 from a user journey perspective and seamless adaption between desktop, tablet and smart phone devices.
