What types of accommodation do you provide?
Atira offers a range of studio, multi-bedroom, and twin studio apartments. Each property includes a different ratio of room types. For more information, chose your preferred location here.
Do I have to be a student to stay at Atira?
At Atira, we welcome students from all over the world! Our properties are available to students regardless of which university you are enrolled in as long as you provide proof of enrolment.
What’s included in my rent?
Your rent includes electricity, water and 100 GB of internet per month with an option to purchase additional data. You also get access to our complete range of facilities and common areas including gyms, games rooms, communal kitchens and so much more!
The dates I want to start my lease aren’t an option on the booking page of your website.
If the dates you want to start or finish your tenancy period aren’t listed on our website, you can select the dates closest to when you want to start and proceed. Please then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, the correct tenancy period dates and we will amend it on for you. We will then send you a revised contract for you to sign and deliver to us.
Do you offer short-term stays?
Yes! We offer flexible living solutions to accommodate to your needs. Our minimum short-term stay is from 3 to 7 nights. Please contact us for more information on short-term prices.
Is there public transport close to Atira?
For your convenience, all of our properties are centrally located close to public transport, shops and amenities. Train stations and bus stops are usually less than a 5-minute walk away.
Are we allowed to drink alcohol in the building or smoke on the balconies?
All Atira properties are smoke-free. Responsible alcohol consumption is permitted so long as it abides by our house rules. Drunk and disorderly behaviour is not tolerated in any of our properties.
