How much do your rooms cost?
Our prices differ depending on the building and room type. You can find the prices on our website by selecting the building you would like to stay in.
The dates I want to start my lease isn’t an option on the booking page of your website.
If the dates you want to start or finish your tenancy period isn’t listed on our website, you can select the dates closest to when you want to start and proceed. Please then email us at email@example.com with your name, the correct tenancy period dates and we will amend it on our end. We will then send you a revised contract for you to sign and deliver back to us.
What types of accommodation do you provide?
Atira offers a range of studio apartments, Multi-Bedroom Apartments and Twin share studio. Every building will have a different mix of rooms with different options, for more information on room types in your selected building please visit the webpage of the building you are considering booking in.
What’s included in my rent?
Your rent includes power, water and internet for starters. You also get access to communal areas including a gym and games rooms and so much more. Rent includes our student experience program designed to help you make the most out of your student experience. Additional extra’s can be purchased from Atira staff and online at the Atira store.
Do you allow for short term stay?
Yes, our short term stay is under a 6-month period.
Can I come to view the accommodation?
Yes, you may book viewings with our staff. Please call us on 1300 848 888 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with the building you would like to view and the time and date you are going to stop by.
Can I use public transport and is it close?
All of Atira’s locations are close to multiple public transport hubs. Train and bus stations are usually less than a 5–minute walk away. For more information and walking times, please refer to the handy maps for each Atira property by selecting one of our locations from the navigation tab above.
What size bed is in my room?
Depending on the size of the room you will either have a single, king single or double bed. As the bed size is determined by the room type please check your room type on the website for more information.
Do you provide kitchen utensils and linen?
Yes, These Items are available for purchase at the Atira store online or at the front desk of any building and can be picked up any time after check-in.
Am I allowed to have guests stay overnight?
Our policy states that we do not allow guests to stay past 10pm.
Can I choose who I share my apartment or room with?
We make every effort to match you up with other students that would be compatible with your preferences. Some of our properties have same-sex apartments and twin share studios. Please contact one of our friendly staff at email@example.com or call 1300 848 888 for more information.
